The Virtual Number Service is designed to enhance your phone service. Because it is a virtual system without a way to place outgoing calls, you will need to provide a way to receive calls. We only provide incoming service to a home phone, cell phone, etc. Any of your extensions can forward to any phone you wish.
The Summit Voice Standard and Unlimited Plans are fully featured communications platforms that take advantage of all the features that we offer.

The only difference is the number of minutes allowed per month/user. Most customers use under 2500 minutes and therefore go with our Standard Plan. The unlimited plan is for users who talk more than 2500 minutes per month.
Are there additional costs?
Setup and activation are included at no additional cost. All features are included; there is no additional charge for features. If you would like to keep your current number and transfer it to Summit Voice, there is a $15/number charge to do so.
Is Support Included?
Summit Voice has 24×7 email and phone support. If we need to make a service call, we won’t charge you for a visit that results from a Summit Voice equipment or network problem.
Can I change Plans or cancel at any time?
Summit Voice doesn’t partake in the age-old practice of locking in clients with year-long contracts or phones that only work with our service. You can always change to the plan that best suits your needs.
You are free to cancel your service at any time. If you wish to port your number out, you must not cancel your service until you have successfully transferred your number to your new carrier.
